Harry Vane has worked as a recruitment consultant in the financial markets since November 2003. In that time he held leadership positions with a number of major industry brands, with an exceptional track record of success, and has built an extensive network of contacts across investment banking, investment management, financial infrastructure providers, digital assets and Fintech businesses.
Between 2022 and 2023 he completed 59 mandates with salary levels ranging from £50,000 to £225,000.
Johnny Vane has been with Tempest Vane Partners since the beginning of 2024, and is specialising in delivering to Software Engineering and Quantitative mandates.
